HEREFORD police have appealed for witnesses and information after a pedestrian was knocked over by a car at the weekend.
A blue Citroen Saxo was travelling on the A40 at Hildersley, when it was in collision with the pedestrian.
The incident occurred at around 1.30am on Saturday.
The pedestrian was taken to Hereford County Hospital with serious leg injuries, where the person's condition has been described as stable.
