STEAM and wood combined to make an unusual but successful event at Eastnor Castle, near Ledbury, at the weekend.
The Steam Fair, traditionally one of the most popular at the castle at this time of year, included working steam engines, model railway rides and steamrollers.
This was joined by the Woodland Festival, which celebrated elements from the woodlands and included carving demonstrations, lumberjack displays, and tree climbing.
Children were also catered for at the fair, with mini Land Rover driving and face painting.
