IT was fun in the sun for hundreds of revellers yesterday as Pershore staged its annual carnival.
A plethora of floats festooned with colourful dcor brightened up the Bank Holiday weekend as the town partied.
Bands marched and played as young and old took part in the carnival fun.
In a new departure, a free bus link between Pinvin, Pershore town centre and Defford Road ensured visitors could enjoy the various carnival events, farmers' market and the fire station open day.
