FOLLOWING on from a highly successful season at Under 11s level, team managers at Evesham United are already busy preparing the new season.
"We are attracting new players almost every week", said Cliff Powell. "As a result the club is looking at the possibility of forming even more teams to play in the age group for the new season so that everyone has the opportunity to play competitively in a team that suits their ability.
"We currently have more than 60 players for next season who will be playing in the Ambassador, Mercian and the Cheltenham and Gloucester Leagues.
We will be happy to hear from anyone who wants to play football at Evesham United, although we are extremely keen to hear from anyone who is interested in getting involved with coaching and managing."
Anyone who believes they can add value to the young players and are interested in joining the club in such a capacity, would be supported in achieving their FA Level 1 coaching qualification.
Evesham United, as an FA Community Club, also ensure that all officials are CRB checked as part of the FA's child protection policy.
Those interested in becoming involved in such a capacity should contact Cliff on 01386 871694 or Simon Parry (01386 48088).
