A BROMSGROVE school has been given a top award recognising its commitment to training and developing its staff.
Teachers, dinner ladies and cleaners at Tardebigge First School have all been involved in working towards the Investors in People award.
And now the Church Lane school has been given the thumbs-up and a blue plaque displaying its status.
Tardebigge First also has a silver 'Artsmark' showing the school's commitment to art. Artist-in residence Eilish Berrow recently visited the school and spent a creative day working on the theme of 'mini-beasts'.
Tots made stained glass butterflies and snails out of clay in a joint event with the Sunshine playgroup in Bentley.
Teacher Amanda Wooley said: "The children had lots of fun on the day."
