A 47-year-old man denied racially aggravated harassment of a married woman when he appeared before a judge at Worcester Crown Court.
Gordon How, of Church Street, Evesham, denied abusing the woman on the phone and demanding that she leave a flat in Evesham along with her children.
He also pleaded not guilty to another racial harassment charge against the same woman and causing racially aggravated damage to her property, namely a door and a lock.
The offences are alleged to have occurred between Thursday, January 1 and Friday, January 9 this year.
Judge David Matthews remanded How on bail for trial by jury at a date to be fixed and ordered him not to enter Brick Kiln Street in Evesham.
