ANNUAL MEETING: At the recent annual meeting of the parish, coun Alan Cox, chairman of the parish council, gave a report on the activities for the past year. Planning applications were almost halved this past year. Reduced speed limits were put into effect with signage and there seems to be a slight reduction in speeding.
Donations were given to the Village Hall, the Villager, and support to the Newsletter. At the annual meeting of the parish council, coun Cox and coun Digweed were re-elected as chairman and vice chairman. The next meeting will be on July 1.
