RESIDENTS are being asked to tell Worcestershire County Council what they think about plans to improve equality issues in all areas of the council's work.
The council is opening up its draft Equality and Diversity Policy for public consultation until the end of June. Members of the its Equalities Board say that residents' opinions are vital to the success of the policy and are encouraging people to have a look and have a say.
The draft policy aims to eliminate unlawful discrimination, promote equality of opportunity, promote equality of access to services and promote good relations between the county's diverse communities. For a questionnaire call Rukhsana Koser on 01905 766938
