At the May meeting, two ladies spoke of their work at Home Start which is a voluntary organisation which helps young families who are experiencing difficulties.
Members had visited the Rose Theatre to see Caught in the Net, but a walk in the Wyre Forest was cancelled.
Representatives from Walshes Guild came to present their chain of office to Burlish Guild as their guild had recently closed.
This chain was originally presented to Stourport Guilds by Edward Worth in 1936.
The next meeting will be at Burlish Middle School on June 10 at 7.30pm when the talk will be "Companion to an Arabian Princess". There will be a plant stall.
