The circus will be performing at Kidderminster's Oldington Sports Ground from Tuesday until Sunday.

Curtain-up is at 8pm on Tuesday, 5pm and 8pm from Wednesday to Friday, 2pm and 5pm on Saturday and 3pm on Sunday.

To give you a taste for the exotic, here is a recipe for Chilli Chicken Noodles (pictured above right) which takes 10 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook.

To serve two people you will need 100g Blue Dragon medium egg noodles, 2 tbsp sunflower oil, two skinless and boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes, one peeled and thinly sliced carrot, 100g frozen peas, one 120g sachet Blue Dragon Szechuan spicy tomato stir-fry sauce and sliced red chilli to garnish.

To make the dish, first cook the noodles according to the packet instructions, drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large non-stick pan or wok and, when hot, add the chicken and carrot. Stir-fry for four to five minutes, then add the frozen peas and the sauce.

Cook for a further three to four minutes then add the cooked noodles and toss gently to mix well.

Serve immediately, garnished with the sliced chilli.
