MAY I be permitted, with great respect, to remind Mr D E Margrett of the "hidden agenda"?

1. Gain control of key positions in radio, television and the cinema, as well as other media.

2. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and a free Press.

3. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, films, radio, television and the theatre.

4. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural and healthy."

5. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social religion".

6. Discredit the Bible and emphasise the need for intellectual maturity that does not need a "religious crutch."

7. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in schools.

8. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies.

9. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

10. Emphasise the need to raise children away from the "negative influence" of parents.

Christianity, Mr Margrett, is about punishment for wrong-doing. It is also about repentance and forgiveness.

Christianity can, and often does, change men and women's, boys' and girls' hearts and lives.

John Wesley experienced a heart "strangely warmed", when up until that moment - like many latter-day clerics - he relied upon "intellectual persuasion"!

Should we be surprised that secular humanists seek to destroy religious education in our schools? Is it not alarming when thinking people release the impact on our once Christian Nation of corrupting philosophies, when we now find taxpayer-supported "thought police", enforcing such views?
