BUSINESSES will receive expert advice on recruiting and retaining graduates at a seminar in Worcester.
Recruit, Train and Retain is due to take place at Worcester Rugby Club, Sixways, on Monday, June, 7.
It will tackle the issues facing employers wishing to bridge the "skills gap" by recruiting and training graduates.
The event starts at 7.30am with breakfast.
Two sessions are planned. Simple Solutions to Graduate Recruitment and Training, by Nathalie Lea from Graduate Advantage, and Staff + Training = Profits + Retention, by Helen Garfield, from the Skills Station.
The Skills Station is a one-stop workforce development service for small and medium sized enterprises in Worcestershire and Herefordshire offering employers free advice on training options.
It is funded by the Learning and Skills Council and Advantage West Midlands.
