A PROPERTY maintenance company in Malvern is celebrating winning a new contract worth £60,000 a year.
Property Care Partnership (PCP), part of the Festival Housing Group, was awarded the contract by Leominster-based Marches Housing Association.
Executive director of PCP, Rod Rhodes, said the company had been chosen because of the its quality of its workmen and understanding of business needs.
"The contract demonstrates their commitment to long-term relationship with our company and we hope it will lead to further business opportunities," he said.
It started carrying out repairs to homes in the Kington and Tenbury areas of Worcestershire in April.
It is also carrying out gas maintenance work at 5,000 properties owned by the the Elgar and Spa housing associations.
