POLICE in Worcester are appealing for witnesses after two men pushed a third man over a wall in Bromyard Road, St John's and unsuccessfully tried to steal his wrist-watch.
It happened about 100 yards from The Garibaldi public house and 300 yards from The Bedwardine pub between 11.30 and 11.45pm last Friday.
The first attacker is described as white, aged between 20 and 30, 6ft tall, with a local accent and wearing white slip-on shoes and a light-coloured suede jacket.
The second man, also white but tanned, was aged between 18 and 20, about 5ft 8-9ins tall, with a narrow face and short, dark, spikey hair and thin. He was wearing a dark top with white horizontal lines and dark jeans.
The men were staggering and believed to be drunk. The victim did not need hospital treatment.
