A MAN who burgled an occupied house in Plymouth Road, Redditch, stole a valuable car from the property.
Adrian Nichols, aged 28, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to burglary and theft at Worcester Crown Court.
Judge John Cavell remanded him in custody after being told he faced another trial for burglary which involved a fight with an elderly householder.
The judge said because Nichols had two previous convictions for burglary, his eventual jail sentence would be substantial.
The Redditch raid happened on February 22.
Taken from the property were CDs, a mobile phone, sunglasses and car keys.
The stolen car was an Audi Quattro.
