Feckenham 1
Coleshill 3
FECKENHAM boss Lee Adams felt this scoreline never reflected his struggling Midland Combination Premier Division side's endeavours on Saturday.
The Millers went a goal up through Ryan Field's strike after some good work from Steve Ferguson and new signing Aaron Barnett.
It was just what the home side deserved after being much the better side in the opening 45 minutes, but they were hit with a sucker punch on the stroke of half-time when Coleshill equalised.
The visitors grew in confidence as the second half wore on, but only scored their goals during the last two minutes after a lapse in concentration.
"It was one of those games when the scoreline really didn't reflect the performance," claimed Millers boss Lee Adams.
"We have been struggling of late, but were certainly the better side in the first half. To lose 2-1 would have been bad enough, but 3-1 was just ridiculous!"
Adams will now hope that Dave Unit is back for Saturday's re-arranged clash at Pershore (3pm), but still has concerns over Mark Davis, Justin Ballinger and striker Brian Powell.
He also revealed that he's chasing a new player after giving the club in question seven days' notice.
