POPULAR TV gardener Chris Beardshaw took time out from his busy schedule to talk to local gardeners at Webbs of Wychbold last Saturday.
The co-presenter of BBC's Gardeners' World delighted his audience of 150 with a talk appropriately entitled Autumn Gold.
Later, he presented staff who work in the house plant department with the Garden Centre Association's Ruxley Rose Trophy.
The Worcester Road garden centre had retained the handsome cup, which it won last year for having the best house plant department of any garden centre in the Midlands.
Director Marigold Webb said: "It was a great pleasure to welcome Chris back to Webbs for a third time.
"His talks are very popular, as was evident by the fact that the event was a sell out," she added.
