OFSTED has praised a Worcester nursery for its "confident, articulate and inquisitive" pupils.
Little Lodge Nursery, which is this year celebrating its 15th anniversary, was inspected in July.
The resulting report described all aspects of its education as "very good".
The report examined six key areas:
Personal, social and emotional development.
Communication, language and literacy.
Mathematical development.
Knowledge and understanding of the world.
Physical development.
Creative development.
"Little Lodge Nursery provides very good nursery education, and children are making very good progress in all areas of learning," said the report.
"Teaching is very good. Staff know children well and are creative in how they extend and develop children's involvement in activities, their understanding of concepts, and give them responsibility."
The report also recognised support for children with special education needs, close partnerships with parents and strong leadership and management.
"It was a brilliant Ofsted report and thoroughly deserved," said Jane Jones, the owner of the nursery, in Spetchley.
"The teachers do a fantastic job, day in day out."
Ofsted recommended only two minor areas where improvements could be made - the use of guide sheets so pupils and teachers know what each learning activity should achieve and more information for those with English as a second language.
The next inspection will take place in three or four years.
The nursery, which has 72 children, from two to eight years old, and seven members of staff, also raises funds for Barnardo's children's charity.
