The Dadelsen Trio - Anne de Dadelsen (piano), Colin Twigg (violin) and David Powell (cello), visited Kidderminster Library for the first of the society's collaborations with the CBSO "On the Road", and presented a "Palm Court" evening.
The programme comprised music by Fritz Kreisler, Johann Strauss II, Percy Fletcher, Edward Elgar, WH Squire, Scott Joplin, Vittorio Monti, Gaspar Cassado, Chopin, Astor Piazzolla, Handel, Grigoras Dinicu, Saint-Saens, Chabrier, and an encore of Brahms' Hungarian Dance no 5.
The large audience included ticket winners from the competition run in Kidderminster Shuttle.
On Friday, October 22, Mike Holmes will illustrate "Some Autumnal Reflections" with recorded music, at Holy Innocents Community Hall, Kidderminster, starting at 7.30pm.
