MEMBERS of Bewdley Twinning Association welcomed friends from America and France to the town and visited Germany during a busy year of international relations.
Americans from Clarksville, Indiana were taken to the Severn Valley Railway and Kidderminster Harriers to witness the home side's victory over Macclesfield Town.
Residents from Fort Mahon-Plage in France arrived in Bewdley shortly afterwards and visited Teme Valley Brewery and a golf tournament, which ended in an "honourable draw".
Members of the association then visited Vellmar in Germany where they presented their European cousins with gifts for a new folk museum in the town.
