AN impassioned plea has been made for someone to rehome this feisty feline, who has been at Forest Cat Welfare since February but cannot be allowed out of its pen because it "beats up" the other animals.

Julia Hale, who runs the sanctuary in Vine Street, Kidderminster, described Milo as the "most lovely, cuddly friendly cat with people but hopeless with other cats and dogs".

She said the neutered tom was brought into the home after being hit by a car in February and was in "desperate need" of a new home.

"Normally when cats are with me for a month we let them out to mingle with our own family but Milo is hopeless with other cats and dogs," she said.

"He wants to come in but, because I've got my own cats and dogs in the house, he's just beating them up on entry."

Anyone interested in providing a home for Milo, who is around three years old, with one ear and a scarred neck following the accident, should call 01562 634427.
