Harvest festival took place at St James' Church last weekend. One hundred people enjoyed a harvest supper with entertainment at the village hall. This was followed on Sunday with a harvest festival service at which the Seekers performed a play with songs. Afterwards a sale of vegetables, fruit and goods, hand-made in Colwall, took place with the proceeds going to Harvest Help. There was also a display of meat and food produced by local farmers.
