THE Upton in Bloom committee will hold its annual meeting in the Church Rooms on October 27. Prizes will be presented for local competition winners and the committee will discuss its plans for next year's entry into the Heart of England in Bloom competition. The meeting starts at 7.30pm and everyone is welcome to attend.
