A COUNCIL circular has informed us that Councillor Martin Clarke has moved house to Worcester.
Can I be among the first to welcome him to his new home. Having been re-elected as a councillor last June, and made a senior member of the Tory administration, he has finally decided to live within the city boundaries.
Well done Martin - nice of you to join us!
