MEMORIES of Worcester-born music hall star Vesta Tilley will echo around the city's St Paul's Church during a special display.
Parts of a collection of Vesta Tilley's own fan mail, scrapbooks and cuttings books will be exhibited at the church in St Paul's Street.
Lecture
There will also be a lecture on Vesta and her place in British Music Hall history.
The County Record Office, County Museum and Worcester City Museums have combined forces to put on event.
Vesta Tilley, who was born in 1864, went on to become an international star until her retirement in 1920.
Tickets for the event, on Wednesday, October 20, from 7.30pm, can be bought by calling the record office on 01905 766352.
