WANNABE Kylies and Britneys dressed up as their pop idols to raise money for their school.
Marian Jay, headteacher at Joseph's RC Primary School, in Brickfields, Worcester said some of the children surprised her with their stage personas.
"There are some who are quiet in school who behaved in a very extrovert way when on stage," she said.
"It was really well-attended and supported by parents and pupils.
"It was excellent fun. We have many talented children."
Mrs Jay said she did not yet know how much was raised from the event, held at the school in Chedworth Drive, on Friday, but did say the sum would go towards buying new stage blocks to allow the school to perform plays.
