ANOTHER treat is in store for folk music lovers at Bromsgrove Rugby Club on Thursday , October 28.
Folk legend Jez Lowe and the Bad Pennies will appear at the Finstall Road venue as part of the Bromsgrove Folk Club.
He has toured on the national and international folk scene for over a decade and is best known for his songs about mining and the culture of his native north-east England.
Organiser Bob Bignell describes Jez as a truly superb singer/songwriter and said: "He has the happy knack of appealing to non-folk audiences too."
The night starts at 8.15pm. Admission is £4 for members and £5 for non-members, who are always welcome.
