REDDITCH United Women have successfully changed their name to Studley Women FC after permission from the Football Association.
The team, who are in their fifth season, have been playing their home and reserve games at Studley's Beehive ground since 2002.
Studley Women's Jan Lawrence said: "We will be maintaining our independence in terms of the everyday running of our club, and will continue to enjoy the benefits of the venue, facilities and sense of community at Studley FC whilst wearing the Studley colours.
"Our grateful thanks go also to Persimmon Homes, who have generously provided our first team with a new kit.
"They have also financed the printing of another kit for our reserves."
Lawrence added that the club is always open to new players from the Studley and Redditch areas and anyone who is interested should join training on Wednesday nights (KO 7.30-8.30pm) at Arrow Vale High School.

Birmingham City Ladies have moved from Redditch United's Valley Stadium back into Birmingham.
The women's premier league club will play their games at Solihull Borough's Damson Park as of October 31.
