THE closing date for the West Midlands Wildlife Photography Competition 2004 is looming, but there's just time to get those final shots of the changing colours of autumn or the heather in bloom on the hills sent in.
All entries must be in by October 31 to have a chance of scooping the top prizes on offer.
The competition is being run by the West Midlands Biodiversity Partnership and is helping to raise the profile of the amazing array of wildlife and habitats that the West Midlands region has to offer. There are four categories that photographers can enter including landscapes, species, our connection with nature and a junior wildlife photography award for those aged 16 and under.
For more information about how to enter, please visit www.wmbp.org.uk or contact Helen Taylor on (0121) 454 8018.
