CHILDREN at a town school dressed up to present a show celebrating harvest time.
Year two pupils from Charford First School got kitted out as farmers, scarecrows and animals for the specially organised play, which used letters of the alphabet to explain harvest time.
The play, written by teachers at the school, featured songs about animals and harvesting. It was performed for parents and fellow pupils last week.
Teacher Mel Henderson said: "It was a wonderful harvest performance and the children really enjoyed doing it." All money raised will go towards Water Aid.
