WITHIN the first few minutes of viewing, I began to fear this was nothing more than a corny American breast-fest which would only be enjoyed by pubescent boys. But luckily, my suspicions were wrong.
Granted, there are more breasts on show in Eurotrip than at the chicken counter in Sainsbury's but it is also an amusing flick which doesn't take itself seriously.
A group of friends join best buddy Scotty Thomas (Scott Mechlowicz) on a trip through Europe to find his penfriend in Germany. Scott thought he had been writing to a boy called Mike but it turns out the name is actually pronounced "Meeka", an extremely gorgeous, leggy blonde.
The plot is by no means great or thoughtful but the scrapes the youngsters get into genuinely are funny.
My particular favourite was the scene where two of them, when in England, enter the Feisty Goat and encounter Vinnie Jones and his gang of football hooligans.
Don't watch this film expecting to come out with anything meaningful to show for it.
But if you want an easy laugh, give it a go.
