STAFF from a Redditch taxi firm are making sure every penny counts as they help this year's BBC Children in Need Appeal.
The appeal takes place on Friday, November 19, and will celebrate 25 years since it started raising millions of pounds to help youngsters who may be homeless, disabled, have suffered abuse, spend their time caring for others or have encountered problems in their lives because of drug or alcohol misuse.
This year, to help boost the coffers, the generous folk at Abbey Taxis have teamed up with Pit Stop Tyres and are going to donate 5p from every taxi journey for a set period of time to Children in Need.
