DAVID Mills and Chris Bagley secured the points for Kidderminster seconds when they met Yardley.
Kidderminster dominated throughout to win 2-0.
Their margin of victory would have been greater had they converted several first half chances, but it was still 0-0 at the break.
The might of the back four told in the second half and Kidderminster's greater possession resulted in Mills poaching a goal at the far post.
A late addition by Bagley sealed the victory. Phil Williams was Man-of-the-match.
Kidderminster fourths, in the new Fathoms league, had been used to astro turf so it was a novelty to play on grass against Harborne, and they did well to limit Harborne to two goals in each half.
Paul Adams replied for Kidderminster, and Jamie Knott was named Man-of-the-match.
