WYRE Forest Gymnastic School's Sally Dyke is celebrating after securing a silver medal at the West Midland Regional Veterans Championships in Birmingham.
Competing in her first four-piece competition for more than four years, the 17-year-old excelled on the vault and bars for a score of 18.55 to clinch second place.
The scores from each competitor's best two events count towards their final total.
Dyke also performed well on the beam and the floor.
Scores: vault 9.40, bars 9.15, beam 8.60, floor 7.90.
Meanwhile, Annabelle Scott retook and achieved her Compulsory Grade Three by surpassing the required score of 40-plus.
She totalled 41.39 and now moves up to Compulsory Grade Two, which once passed will enable her to compete in the British Championships.
Scores: vault 8.90, bars 8.20, beam 7.99, floor 8.30 and R&C 8.00.
