CHURCHGOERS in Kidderminster have sent out supplies to make Christmas more enjoyable for residents of Kosovo.
For the sixth year running, people who attend St George's Church, in Radford Avenue, have packed boxes including groceries such as pasta, tinned fruit and flour, to be sent to the former war-torn region in the Balkans.
A delivery van stacked with 164 of the family food parcels were packed by a range of people, from residents of George Law Court to school pupils. They will be distributed by partner organisations helping people who are sick, poor, elderly or vulnerable, under the EuroAid programme.
