IF you don't know the difference between a Granny Smith and a Golden Delicious, a fruit farm in Upton-upon-Severn is on hand to help out tomorrow.
Clive's Fruit Farm, in Upper Hook Road, is celebrating National Apple Day with a host of activities for the whole family.
Demonstrations
There will be demonstrations of apple juice pressing and pruning, advice on growing apples, a guided walk through the orchard, apple and cider tasting sessions and quizzes and games for children.
Jane Clive, owner of Clive's fruit farm, said the purpose of National Apple Day was to make people more aware of the plight of Britain's orchards.
"Britain used to grow 6,000 varieties of apples but over the last 40 years this number has declined by two thirds," she said.
"We want to make people more aware that Britain grows the best apples in the world."
Clive's Fruit Farm will be open from 9am to 5.30pm and entrance is free.
