CROWDS flocked to Hanley Swan Village Hall to snap up bargains at the village's annual autumn fair on Saturday.
Stallholders sold crafts and bric-a-brac and raised more than £1,200 for St Gabriel's and St Mary's churches.
Organiser Valerie Thomas said: "It went very well. It brings in a lot of village people who don't necessarily even go to church so it's good for the village community.
"Everyone looks forward to it every year."
Mrs Thomas said this year they had introduced a Christmas stall, selling decorations and cards, which had been well received.
"We try to do something different every year," she said.
