A tale of witchcraft, womanhood and exploration will be staged at the Conquest Theatre in Bromyard.

New theatre company Kayelle Productions is bringing its first professional touring production, Wayward Women, to the venue on Saturday, October 30.

The play, by Simon Andrew Stirling, is described as a wickedly funny, darkly moving drama for adults and follows three modern women as they begin to explore the witches' creed 'To know, to will, to dare, to keep silent...'

The performance begins at 8pm. Tickets are £8 and £6.50.

Audiences can expect an entirely different atmosphere at the Conquest as a children's performance of Pinocchio comes to the venue on Sunday, October 31.

Dorset company Applause Productions will perform the tale of the wooden puppet who longs to be a real boy, in a colourful, pantomime-style performance.

Music, song and lots of audience participation will accompany Pinocchio as he encounters the scheming fox and cat and the evil puppeteer to follow his dream of becoming human.

The performance will begin at 3pm. Tickets are £7 and £6.

A Halloween Trick or Treat event at the theatre has been cancelled.
