MY wife and I parked in a bay reserved for the disabled on the Butts car park, Worcester, on Friday morning, October 15.
On returning from shopping, we saw our back tyre was completely flat.
Having had three hip replacements, I was finding it very difficult to change the offending tyre.
A man and his wife came along, saw I was struggling, and promptly stopped.
He not only helped me to my feet but changed the tyre and put the flat one in the boot of my car while his wife chatted to my wife.
As we are both pensioners it was wonderful to meet people who will go out of their way to help OAPs.
We hope you will permit us through your paper to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to this gentleman and his wife. It was greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
MR and MRS M BAULCH,
Worcester.
