NATWEST has announced a new manager for its Worcester Cross branch.
Claire Greathurst's duties will include managing a unit of 30 staff and in particular supporting the branch customer advisers.
She brings with her several years of banking experience, including five years with NatWest, dealing with both business and personal customers, and focusing on improving levels of service.
"I am looking forward to taking up my new role and meeting customers, old and new, over the next few months," she said.
"I want to ensure that customers receive the best level of care possible when dealing with their finances, and will work closely with the team to ensure that we deliver this goal."
