AN intrepid charity fund-raiser who has made nearly £40,000 for Mencap is hoping slides of his latest adventure will raise even more cash.

Engineer Ray Sturdy, of Northwick Road, Worcester, returned home after climbing 19,335ft to the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, last week.
The 59-year-old has now compiled a slide show of his six-day challenge which he is planning to show to clubs and societies over the next year.
