HEADLESS Cross Harriers Under-7s have just started their first season, but already have some heavyweight backing from two town sponsors.
Thomas Brothers Funeral Directors have donated some training kits and Prudden Road Surfacing have sponsored the team strips for the town youngsters.
The team has already netted 48 goals in the last three games with the first game being a 24-0 victory.
Scouts from Birmingham City, Manchester United and West Bromwich Albion have already been at the club looking for future talent.
Assistant boss Justin Fowkes said it was a fairytale start to the season.
"I must say a special thanks to Roger Print for all his hard work as well as Simon Thomas and Lee Prudden."
