A BUDDING broadcaster from Redditch is riding the radio waves of success after reaching the finals of a competition to create a radio station run by young people.
Hannah Morrison, 20, of Winyates Green, is among 20 finalists selected from hundreds of youngsters during a regional talent search by Channel 4's IDEASFACTORY.
The project is aimed at helping and encouraging 14-34 year olds to succeed in creative industries, enabling them to present new radio station Factory FM 106.9 and profile unsigned bands.
After receiving hands-on help at taster sessions in the area's radio stations, Hannah (pictured) is ready to rock as one of the station's proud presenters.
She said: "The project has given me the opportunity to present my dream show, sharing the talents of unsigned rock bands with a wider audience.
"I've really enjoyed meeting radio professionals and I'm working alongside some very talented people."
Hannah is presenting the Live and Unsigned Show this week from 8-10pm.
