THE October meeting was a practical and had been transferred from the June programme.
The title A Basket of Roses was not too appropriate for a wet October evening but the roses were beautiful and the colours splendid.
Emma demonstrated an arrangement of her roses into a design for her chosen basket, then members followed with their own arrangements.
The November 9 meeting is an open meeting and visitors are welcome to a demonstration by Hazel West entitled Christmas.
