A 92-YEAR-OLD man died after "giving up" after a fall in a Worcester residential home.
John Wilkinson died in Worcester Royal Hospital on Thursday, October 21, four weeks after falling at Cranham House in Cranham Drive, Warndon.
Coroner Victor Round told an inquest Mr Wilkinson often refused to use a zimmer frame and lost his slipping getting into a chair.
Mr Round added: "After that, it appears he gave up. He wasn't drinking and couldn't be encouraged to survive." He recorded a verdict of accidental death.
