HARRIERS' latest temporary recruit James Keene is hoping for a glut of goals at Aggborough to catapult him onto the Premiership stage.

The 18-year-old striker made an encouraging start to his Kidderminster career with useful displays in the defeats at Bristol Rovers and Chester.

Because Keene is only on apprentice forms with Premi-ership Portsmouth, Jan Molby was able to sign him on a technicality which does not use up a loan.

His month-long stay at Harriers, described as "work experience", by Molby came about after Gary Barnett watched im hit a hat-trick for Pompey's reserves.

Keene said: "After my debut Jan said I'd done well in the dressing room so it feels great. Hopefully I'll grow in confidence and get a few goals while I'm here."
