HEATHER Timney and Polly Jenkins (You Say, October 14 and 16) are obviously able to write a letter but appear unable to read.
On the common subject of crime, both these women are ignoring the facts as reported in the Evening News.
In just three issues this week, 19 serious crimes were reported.
May I remind the readers of just a small selection of these headlines: "Appeal after city loo mugging"; "Attack on Sabrina River bridge"; "Legal secretary bit another woman in drunken rage" and "Police hunt for armed raiders".
Forget the politics. Let's all work for a safer Worcester.
ROBIN HOPKINS,
Worcester.
