WE recently enjoyed a visit to Janet Taylor's animal sanctuary at Middle Littleton, Evesham, where following a harvest festival service and buying from various bric-a-brac stalls and enjoying home-made cakes, we saw the wonderful rescued animals.
On December 4 at 5pm the sanctuary will hold a carol service where singing will take place around the nativity scene with the animals nearby in the barn. There will also be stalls and raffles to raise funds for the marvellous work done by Janet and her valued workers.
Visiting the sanctuary is always a worthwhile thing to do because those animals and birds would have had no life.
