OAK Allstars suffered their second successive The Soccer Site Malvern Football League Division One defeat on Sunday at the hands of Dynamo Ledbury.

Allstars were defeated by title rivals Bishops Frome 3-2 the previous week and on Sunday lost 3-1 to their Ledbury-based visitors.

Peter Boyle gave Dynamo Ledbury the perfect start with a goal in the opening minute and again was on target in the 20th minute to give his side a 2-0 half-time lead.

Adam Thomas converted a 50th minute penalty to put Dynamo 3-0 up and although Mark Smith pulled a goal back for Oak Allstars, Dynamo held on for a fine victory.

Ledbury Dynamo remain in third spot in the league table but are now just three points behind Allstars with two games in hand.

Upton-based Talbot Head gained three welcome points with a 2-0 home win against basement-side Morgan Aero 8.

Daniel Briscoe opened the scoring for Talbot Head in the 15th minute and that looked the likely scoreline until Adam Webb popped up to make it 2-0 in the 85th minute.

This was Morgan's fifth defeat from five games and they are now six points adrift at the bottom of the table.

The other Division One game between Bell Inn 98 and Cross Keys was postponed.

In Division Two, leaders Perowne Park Rangers maintained the 100 per cent start to the season with a 2-0 victory at Fromes Hill.

It was Rangers' seventh win of the season and again their defence was miserly, they have only conceded three goals, in keeping a clean sheet

Daniel Geisler put Rangers in front with a first half penalty and Lee Barmby made sure of the points with a second half strike.

All Star Misfits fought out an exciting 3-3 draw with visiting Belmont Keys.

On target for the Misfits was Graham George, Martin Loveridge and Terry Boswell with Keys' goals coming from a 43rd minute spot-kick by Dave Perera, Rob Jones in the 60th minute and Dave Perera grabbed his second of the game in the 80th minute.

The remaining Division Two fixture between Dilligaf United and Keyz 04 fell foul of the weather and had to be postponed.

Three of the league's sides play in the WFA Minor Cup on Sunday. Cross Keys welcome Crowle, Morgan Aero 8 visit Wychbold RBL Wanderers and Keyz 04 travel to Defford & Besford.
