TWO primary schools proved size doesn't matter when they battled their way through to the final of the Malvern Sports Association's mixed netball tournament held at The Chase.
Ten mixed teams were split into two groups and the top teams from each group met in the final.
This saw Castlemorton Primary and Pendock Primary in competition, a major achievement for both schools as Castlemorton has only 89 children in whole school and Pendock has only 44.
Castlemorton won the entertaining final by 4-3.
Castlemorton teacher Elaine Le Gros said: "It was a great event, rather wet but played in wonderful spirit and made all the better for the valuable support from The Chase PE department together with sixth formers who umpired all the games."
